Do I Use It Like A Credit Card?

Your Sustain:Green Visa Prepaid Debit Card is accepted at millions of locations that take Visa debit cards. When making purchases at retail locations, you can use your Sustain:Green Prepaid Card as Credit or Debit. If you choose Debit you will be asked to enter your PIN number. When making purchases online or by telephone, you may be asked for your CV2 number, which is the three-digit number located on the back of your card by your signature. We do not charge any fees for making purchases.

How Do I Pay Bills With My Card?

Can I Get Cashback At Retail?

You can get cash back when you make a purchase at a retail location. Sustain:Green does not charge any fees for this. If you want cash back at the register, you’ll want to use your PIN and select “debit.” You can receive cash back at participating merchants who accept Debit cards. There is no fee for the cash back feature. However, you may incur a transactional fee for the PIN debit. Additional, cash back limits may apply. See your Schedule of Fees for additional details.

You can also make a withdrawal at either one of our thousands of in-network ATMs or at most any out-of-network ATM.

How Do I Get Cash From ATMs?

Sustain:Green does not charge you to use ATMs. You can withdraw funds off of your card and get account information using an ATM. To get funds, insert your card in the machine and follow the instructions for entering your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once your PIN has been entered successfully, you can choose to withdraw funds or perform a balance inquiry. To withdraw cash, press “withdraw from checking” and enter the amount to withdraw.

While Sustain:Green does not charge an ATM fee, the ATM's owner may charge a fee, which must be disclosed before the transaction is completed.

Adding money to your Sustain:Green Prepaid Card is easy. You have the convenience of a credit card, but you can only spend what you load on your card, so you do not have to worry about getting into debt.

You can add money by Direct Deposit, Bank Transfers (from parents, other relatives people who owe you money, etc.), Regular Allowances (from Parents, etc), Western Union, GreenDot, PayPal, Tax Refunds, and Government Checks, or from other people with a Sustain:Green Prepaid Card. Learn more below.
